This time of year with the cold and damp can be hard for asthma sufferers. Have a look at our bee pollen tablets and bee propolis plus the vitamin C. These products are also good for boosting everyones immune system too. All these products are excellent for keeping yourself in perfect health and keeping the chances of an asthma attack down. Taking the gel drinks to on a regular basis is very beneficial, the berry nectar for asthma sufferers as it has apple in it. Really amazing and gives us back our energy and enjoyment for this time of year so we may party!!! I have also come off my asthma inhaler with taking these and drinking the Berry nectar which is brilliant for me. I obviously did this with the help of the asthma clinic to ensure my peak flow was ok and now it is 100 more than when I was on my inhaler. How fantastic is that. I can now go swimming without a worry!
