EFT

The Emotional Freedom Technique is a meridian based therapy which involves tapping energy points in order to release unwanted thoughts, feelings, emotions, phobias etc. EFT is very simple, but powerful, often bringing quite unbelievable results! In a session the therapist shows you how you can use these techniques for yourself. Do you have any thoughts, feelings, hurts that limit you in any way?  EFT is recommended for anyone with phobias, fears, migraine, pain, addictions, anxiety, depression, lack of confidence etc.  

I suffered badly from claustraphobia and was wanting to take my open water exams.  I knew it would be a problem so I had an EFT treatment and it really worked! I am now an advanced scuba diver and hav dived with very little almost nil visabiliy and did not panic at all. I also use this before I compete to relax me and so relax my horse.  I taught my children to do it to so that they can do it before exams or any situation that they are nervous for. 

This treatment can be combined really successfully with counselling to help break down the clients emotions and get to the root causes.
