Tera-Mai™Reiki and Seichem
This treatment is a safe, natural, holistic system of healing even for babies, pregnant women, the elderly and after surgery. It is also a powerful tool for self-development by helping us to move through the blockages that prevent our lives from flowing as they could. The energies help to enhance our natural ability to heal ourselves.
Seichem has four elements to it's healing, Reiki (earth), Sophiel (water), Angeliclight (air and spirit) and Sakara (fire). Whilst having a treatment you may experience and one or more of these elements dependant upon what kind of healing is needed for you. This healing is energy channelling healing and has no association with religion, faith or belief systems and so can be received by anyone willing to be healed. The treatment can be a hands on treatment or distant healing.
A treatment usually lasts about an hour. You remain fully clothed and can receive the energies whilst sitting or lying. Hands are gently placed in various positions on or just above your body and will move to wherever the healing is needed.
A healing treatment is usually very relaxing and I often find my clients fall asleep but it can also be an opportunity for emotional release or a chance to talk.
It takes a few days for the energies to be assimilated. During this time you may feel revitalised or tempoarily a little worse - a good sign that you are releasing the cause of your symptons. Everyone's reaction is different and no two healing treatments are the same. Most people I find feel really relaxed during and afterwards and then have a boost of energy in the next few days.
The benefits of the healing treatment can be to ease tension and stress and promote relaxation, boost the immune system, help with bereavement, improve the quality of sleep, treat animals, soothe pain and improve joint mobility, reduce trauma and fears and it can also support other therapies and medical treatment.
